For domestic orders received before 12:00 PM (IST), iMEDICART will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the order on the same working day, subject to confirmation of product availability and successful order processing.

If the ordered product is available in stock and all necessary order details are complete, the order may be dispatched on the same day.

Orders Received After 12:00 PM

Orders received after 12:00 PM (IST) will normally be processed for dispatch on the next working day, subject to product availability and order processing requirements.

Stock Availability

Same-day dispatch is subject to the availability of the ordered product at the applicable warehouse.

If a product is not available in stock and requires procurement, replenishment, or transfer from another location, dispatch may take additional time.

2. Sundays, National & Regional Holidays

iMEDICART does not provide regular order delivery services on Sundays.

Delivery and dispatch may also be affected or suspended on:

• National holidays;

• State and regional holidays;

• Local holidays;

• Festival holidays;

• Holidays observed by the applicable courier, postal service, warehouse, or logistics partner; and

• Other officially declared or operational non-working days.

If an estimated delivery or dispatch date falls on a Sunday, national holiday, regional/state holiday, festival holiday, or other applicable non-service day, the shipment may be processed or delivered on the next available working/service day.

The availability of delivery services may vary depending on the customer's location and the operating schedule of the applicable courier or postal service.

3. Domestic Delivery Time

The domestic delivery period is calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date on which the order is placed.

Domestic orders are generally expected to be delivered within 2 to 10 working/service days from the date of dispatch, excluding Sundays and applicable non-service days.

The actual delivery time may vary depending upon:

• Distance between the iMEDICART warehouse and the customer's delivery address;

• Destination location and serviceability;

• Courier or postal network conditions;

• Sundays, national holidays, state/regional holidays, festival holidays, and local holidays;

• Warehouse and logistics partner working schedules;

• Weather conditions or unforeseen events;

• Local delivery conditions;

• Customer availability to receive the shipment; and

• Any delay caused by circumstances beyond iMEDICART's reasonable control.

Accordingly, the actual delivery time may vary from location to location.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and remaining available to receive the shipment or coordinating with the applicable courier/postal service when required.

4. International Order Processing & Dispatch

International orders may require additional documentation and verification before dispatch due to applicable shipping, customs, postal, regulatory, or destination-country requirements.

International orders will generally be dispatched within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 10 days after order confirmation, subject to completion of required processing and documentation.

Where applicable, iMEDICART may request documents such as:

• Passport or other acceptable identity document;

• Government-issued ID proof;

• Customer identification or verification information; and

• Any other documentation reasonably required for international shipment processing or customs purposes.

The dispatch timeline may be affected if the required information or documentation is not provided promptly.

5. Failure to Provide Requested Documents

If a customer does not provide requested identification or other documentation within a reasonable period, iMEDICART may, where legally and operationally permissible, proceed with dispatch without such documentation.

However, the customer acknowledges that the absence of requested documentation may result in the shipment being delayed, held, returned, or subject to additional verification by the courier, postal authority, customs authority, or other competent authority.

In such circumstances, iMediCart shall not be responsible for delays or consequences arising from the customer's failure to provide requested documentation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. International Delivery Time & Customs Clearance

International delivery timelines are dependent upon the customs clearance process and the postal/courier network in the destination country.

If the shipment clears all applicable customs procedures without delay, international delivery is generally expected to take approximately 10 to 30 days from the date of dispatch.

However, customs clearance is controlled by the relevant customs authorities and is outside iMediCart's direct control.

If a shipment is held, inspected, delayed, or otherwise affected by customs or other authorities, delivery may take substantially longer. In exceptional cases, an international shipment may take up to 90 days or longer, depending upon the circumstances and applicable procedures.

Therefore, the stated international delivery timeline is an estimated timeframe and not an absolute guarantee.

International shipments may also be affected by national holidays, regional holidays, festival holidays, local holidays, and non-working days in India or the destination country, as well as holidays observed by the applicable courier, postal service, customs authority, or logistics partner.

7. International Customs Delays, Holds & Returns

Once an international shipment has been dispatched and handed over to the applicable courier, postal service, or shipping carrier, customs clearance is the responsibility of the relevant customs authorities in the destination country.

iMEDICART will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available shipment and tracking information. However, iMediCart cannot control:

• Customs inspection or examination;

• Customs clearance timelines;

• Import restrictions;

• Documentation requirements imposed by destination-country authorities;

• Import duties or taxes;

• Delays caused by customs authorities;

• Local postal or courier delays;

• National, regional, state, festival, or local holidays; or

• Other actions or requirements imposed by governmental or regulatory authorities.

Where a shipment is held by customs, the customer may be required to provide additional information, documentation, payment of applicable duties/taxes, or other requirements imposed by the destination-country authorities.

8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

iMEDICART.com charges the customer for the applicable product cost, Indian customs clearance (where applicable), and international shipping charges as specified at the time of purchase.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, handling charges, clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Such charges are not included in the payment made to iMEDICART unless specifically mentioned in the order.

The customer is responsible for complying with the import requirements applicable in their country.

9. Customer Responsibility for International Shipments

Before placing an international order, customers should ensure that:

1. The ordered product is permitted for import into their destination country;

2. The customer can provide any documentation required for shipment or customs clearance;

3. The customer can pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other import charges;

4. The delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete; and

5. The customer is available to receive the shipment or respond to requests from the courier/customs authorities.

iMEDICART shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, seizure, return, or additional charges arising from an import restriction, customs requirement, incomplete information, or action/inaction of the customer or destination-country authorities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Tracking & Shipment Updates

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the customer through the applicable courier or postal service.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch and may take some time to be reflected in the carrier's system.

For international shipments, tracking information may also be limited or temporarily unavailable while the shipment is undergoing customs processing or being transferred between postal/courier networks.

11. Returned International Shipments

If an international shipment is returned to iMEDICART by the origin-country or destination-country postal/customs authorities, iMEDICART will review the reason for return and the circumstances of the shipment.

Where re-dispatch is reasonably possible and permitted, iMEDICART may re-dispatch the order subject to applicable shipping and regulatory requirements.

Where re-dispatch is not possible, iMediCart may issue a refund, subject to the applicable refund policy and any costs or deductions that are legally permissible.

12. Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Control

iMEDICART shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, government restrictions, national or regional holidays, festival holidays, strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, postal/courier network disruptions, epidemics/pandemics, wars, civil disturbances, regulatory restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
