iMedicart – Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Charges Policy

At iMedicart, we ensure the safe delivery of authentic healthcare products. We encourage all customers to inspect packages immediately upon receipt.


Important Return Disclaimer

🔒 All items sold on iMedicart are strictly NON-RETURNABLE, except in the following cases:

  • If the customer receives a damaged product, OR

  • If the wrong item is delivered

📹 In both cases, a video recording of the unboxing must be provided as evidence. The return will only be processed after confirmation by both iMedicart and the customer.

No returns or refunds will be entertained under these conditions:

  • If a wrong item was ordered by the customer

  • If the product is no longer required after delivery

  • If the product is used or opened


Eligible Return Scenarios (With Video Proof Only)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery ONLY IF:

  • The product is damaged or incorrect (video confirmation required)

  • The product is near expiry (less than 3 months remaining)

  • The product seal is intact and in original packaging

Products returned must:

  • Have the same batch number as on the invoice

  • Be unopened and unused, in original manufacturer's packaging

  • Contain price tags, labels, and barcodes


Non-Returnable Categories

Regardless of condition, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Baby Care

  • Food & Nutrition

  • Healthcare Devices

  • Sexual Wellness

  • Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Pen Fills

  • Cold Storage or Temperature-Sensitive Medicines


Return Process

  1. Visit www.iMedicart.com/chat between 10 AM to 5 PM, all days

  2. Submit the issue with a clear unboxing video

  3. After verification, reverse pickup will be arranged

  4. Product must be returned in original packaging

  5. Refund, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of pickup


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A return is approved based on a verified damaged or incorrect product

  • iMedicart is unable to deliver or re-dispatch due to customs issues in international orders

Refunds will NOT be issued:

  • For wrongly placed orders

  • If the product is not required after delivery

  • If the product is used, tampered with, or unsealed

Refund Methods:

  • Online payments: Credited back to source or wallet

  • COD: Refunded via bank transfer


Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing: order@imedicart.in

  • No cancellations accepted after the product is dispatched

iMedicart-Initiated

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Product is unavailable

  • Technical pricing or stock error occurs.

  • The order is flagged as bulk purchase or fraud (e.g. multiple quantities, invalid address, resale intent)

International Order Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility: Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once the product has been handed over to the courier or shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.

  • Cancellation Fee: A processing fee of 5% of the total cart value will be deducted from the refund amount for all international cancellations.

  • Refund Process: After a successful cancellation request, the remaining balance (95% of the cart value) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
